It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase and our product meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returned items are fully refunded under the following conditions:
The return must occur within 30 days of purchase.
The items were purchased at regular price. (All sale items are final sales – no refunds or exchanges)
All items are unused and in the same condition they were received.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return as well as any clearance fees, customs, and/or duty charged upon receipt of your parcel. To avoid any additional fees, we recommend you ship your parcel via Canada Post or USPS, declare the items as “returned goods”, and use a trackable shipping method. Note: If you incurred a shipping cost in the delivery of our product, this cost is non-refundable.
Please allow adequate time for us to receive your package. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process the refund. It may take a couple of business days for you to see the refund in your account, depending on your method of payment.
