Fingering Yarn: Mohair

Mohair Fingering weight is a silky smooth yarn composed of 80% homegrown mohair (Angora goat) and 20% of our Romney and CVM/Romeldale wools. It has a vibrant sheen, a medium halo, and a delicious drape. Mohair fingering yarn can be used to make lightweight knitted, crocheted, and woven garments and accessories.

Worsted spun, 2 ply, natural colour

Half hank is approximately 50g/1.75oz and 135m/152yds

Full hank is approximately 100g/3.5oz and 277m/304yds (shown in picture)

Gauge:  27 – 32 stitches over 10 cm (4”)

Needles:  2.25 – 3.25 mm // 1 – 3 US
